Monthly Reviews
Even though we'll we talking regularly and checking in weekly, it's important to take a deeper dive into your plan and your progress. Sometimes life changes, availability of free time changes or sometimes you just need something new to keep you feeling inspired.
Tailored Workout Plan
You let us know how much time you have, each week, to dedicate to fitness and we will make a plan that accommodates. The exercises take your like and dislikes into consideration and target your whole body.
Long and short-term goal setting
Having a goal to aim for is key, but only setting large, long-term goals can feel intimidating and out of reach. By setting smaller goals we can ensure you're on track and you can enjoy little wins along the way.
Weekly Check-Ins
Each week, I will do a detailed review of your progress from the previous week. How you felt, what you achieved, what you found hard and how well you're managing to adhere to the plan.
